Who is it aimed at?
For companies wishing to maintain and improve the standards of their commercial drivers. Our DSA approved instructors assess current or prospective drivers objectively and competently. A proven assessment programme can also reap benefit by way of Insurance Premium reductions.
What does it Involve?
With an RTW assessment we will look at whether the driver can safely handle the vehicle. Along with whether the driver can accurately recognize hazards in good time and implement a plan to deal with them. This assessment will allow you to identify areas for attention.
Most driving assessments can be completed on a normals days work as this will allow the assessor to accurately identify any issues as well as avoiding you losing any profit from requiring your driver to leave their normal schedule to be assessed.
After completion a detailed report will be written to allow you to identify areas that are not up to standard and will need address before the assessed driver is ready to take to the road. If no issues are found this will be shown in the report allowing you to have confidence in the people you employ.

Driver CPC
The Driver CPC is for LGV and PCV drivers who drive professionally throughout the UK. It is a requirement of the EU Directive 2003/59, which is designed to improve the knowledge and skills of professional LGV and PCV drivers.
